As a Senior Property Manager, Kathy Czorniak is responsible for the operation, physical condition and financial performance of 600,000 square feet of Class A office space. Over the last five years, she has overseen several major capital improvement projects that total $3.7 million, including an eight-cab elevator remodel, energy management system (EMS) installation, and lobby area redesign.


In 2011, Kathy rejoined Transwestern for the third time in her more than 25 years of Dallas commercial real estate experience. Prior to her return to Transwestern, she logged valuable experience with CBRE, Mack-Cali, Patriot American and The Mullen Company.
