TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Kate Walsh is a Senior Brokerage Coordinator with over 13 years of experience in Transwestern’s Rosemont office, where she provides direct support and operational efficiency for industry-leading brokers Justin Lerner SIOR, Joe Karmin SIOR, and Ross Lehrman.
With a strong command of transaction management, marketing coordination, and client communications, she ensures every deal progresses efficiently from listing to close. Recognized for her attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and deep understanding of industrial real estate, she plays a critical role in enhancing productivity and driving success. Kate also helps support the Sr. EVP and Designated Managing Broker in Rosemont, as well as quasi-oversee office operations and enhance internal processes.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Since joining Transwestern in 2012, Kate has assisted her team in completing over $30 million SF in transactions with a value totaling in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Kate worked as an Assistant Property Manager where she supported twenty-eight condo/ townhome associations, overseeing construction projects, handling maintenance repairs, and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance teams. Before that, she was an Office Manager at a construction company, handling business proposals, accounts payable/receivable, HR, and payroll.
