Karen is responsible for multi-market global account management and regional landlord and tenant representation.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Karen has 18 years of real estate experience. She has been responsible over the last decade for marketing and leasing a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of office space for mainly institutional clients that included MEPT/Riggs Bank, Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, Urban Growth Property Trust, HRPT/CommonWealth REIT, Black Rock, LNR Partners, and Northwood Investors.
 
Tenant clients include or have included Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs (HRH), United Healthcare, Dick’s Sporting Goods, MetalSite, Lycos, COMSYS, Adelphia Business Solutions, CH2M Hill, Metso Minerals, LandAmerica Financial, WESCO Distribution, Inc., Federal Express and EDMC (parent company of Argosy University and the Art Institutes).

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Karen is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
 
Karen has been ranked among Pittsburgh’s Top 25 Power Brokers, receiving awards based on top office leasing transaction volumes in years 2001, 2003, 2004 & 2005. She was also honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2003 for completing the largest (120,000 SF) suburban office lease (Chicago Title/FNF).

EDUCATION

Karen is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado, and a licensed salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. She attended University of Colorado and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
