TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Linthicum, Maryland. He monitors building maintenance, construction and improvement projects; coordinates all vendor contract services; reconciles accounts receivable and payable; assists in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly investor reports; and maintains detailed lease files, rent rolls and financial statements.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern in 2013, Justin served as a supervisor for E&A Protective Services, where one of his most important projects was assisting in the creation of response procedures to fire evacuations at the U.S. Department of Transportation Headquarters. His responsibilities included daily supervision of 170 security officers, maintenance and daily distribution of firearms and weapons, acting as a first responder, and working closely with law enforcement agencies for emergencies and high-profile dignitary visits to the facility.

EDUCATION

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is pursuing his Real Property Administrator Designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
