Justin Hixson

Justin currently serves as the General Manager of Dynamic One, a newly commissioned trophy Class A life science asset in the Texas Medical Center.    

Justin Hixson is a proven expert in medical office and life science property management. He currently oversees Dynamic One, a newly commissioned 356,000 SF Life Science facility in the Texas Medical Center’s Helix Park, where he led the building’s launch and now manages operations for high-profile tenants including Baylor College of Medicine, Houston Methodist, and Rice University. His leadership was instrumental in navigating the complex, multi-stakeholder environment of this cutting-edge project.

Earlier in his career, Justin gained hands-on healthcare property experience at Memorial Hermann’s Woodlands and Northeast campuses. He also brings strong operational and commissioning expertise from his work at Bank of America Tower and One & Two BriarLake Plaza, where he led tenant engagement initiatives, oversaw large-scale buildouts, and implemented award-winning processes across Class A office portfolios.

Justin received his B.A. from Baylor University and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas, as well as a LEED Green Associate.
