Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Judy is a senior property manager based out of Transwestern's New York office. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of 110 William Street, a 1,000,000-square-foot, Class A commercial property in Downtown Manhattan and 9 East 38th Street, a Class A commercial property in Midtown Manhattan. She also oversees the management of the Plaza Hotel Food Hall. Her prior assignment with Transwestern consisted of approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial space within the MTA portfolio in New York.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Judy's career spans over a decade and includes experience in commercial, residential and retail real estate management. Prior to joining Transwestern, Judy worked as a Property Manager for Kushner Companies. She has also worked as an Office Manager then Assistant Property Manager for Tishman Speyer. In Downtown New York, Judy has managed 40 retail stores and 600 apartments. In Midtown, she has managed commercial Class A office buildings such as 375 Hudson, 200 Park Avenue (The Metlife Building) and 666 Fifth Avenue. For the Greenwich American Center in Connecticut, she led and directed various staff. Additionally, Judy has played an integral role in opening a new property management office for the Hearst Tower.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Judy is a member of New York's Building Owners and Managers Association, IREM Association and has her real estate license. She is also taking classes towards her FMA and RPA designation.

EDUCATION

Judy received her bachelor's in speech communications from State University of New York at Oneonta.
