Jovi joined Transwestern in 2007 as a Senior Vice President after spending nearly 10 years at Scheer Partners. He has over fifteen years of real estate experience in leasing and building and land sales with a primary focus in suburban Maryland.
His interaction with an array of landlords, property management teams and their respective properties of varying size and age, has set Jovi apart from the competition in his area of expertise. In addition to his excellent marketing and landlord representation skills, Jovi has represented numerous tenants in the marketplace which gives him an important understanding of the concerns and needs of both sides of a transaction.
Jovi has successfully completed commercial real estate transactions for over three million square feet of office, flex, R&D and industrial space. Jovi has been successful establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with clients and his commitment and willingness to provide quality customer service in this service industry, is one of the true strengths Jovi brings to Transwestern.
