TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Joseph currently serves as Senior Property Manager at Pin Oak Park in Bellaire, Texas, a 5-building campus offering 503,515 rentable square feet. Joseph also supports Transwestern management teams at assets including Crown Castle’s corporate headquarters, Weatherford International’s US headquarters and Amegy Bank tower in Houston’s central business district representing more than 1,969,578 rentable square feet of office space.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Joseph began his career in property management in 2001 and joined Transwestern in 2002. His career has yielded extensive experience in building operations, financial reporting, personnel training, tenant improvement & building improvement construction and commercial office leasing.
His management assignments have served a variety of owners, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Cigna, LaSalle Investments, Transwestern Investment Company, Anthem Properties, Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, Skanska USA, Lionstone Investments, Principal Real Estate Investors and Metropolis Investments.
Among his notable leadership roles, Joseph directed the management team at Pennzoil Place in Houston's central business district, a landmark property consisting of twin 36-story trapezoidal shaped towers with sloped roofs offering 1,409,713 rentable square feet. Over a five-year period, Joseph oversaw more than $18.5 million in building improvements and $21 million in tenant construction.
He also led management teams at 712 Main, a 37-story historic art deco office tower containing 794,186 rentable square feet, where he supervised over $5 million in capital improvements including curtain wall repairs, davit & tieback installation, fire sprinkler installation, asbestos abatement, and elevator renovation.
Additional significant assignments during his career include 3040 Post Oak Blvd and BMC Software's Campus in Houston, Texas.
