TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Vice President, John Waller is responsible for tenant representation services and the leasing of existing and new development projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

John has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience with The Trammell Crow Company, The Fults Company, and Transwestern. During his career, he negotiated the 324,000 square foot relocation of the JC Penney headquarters to Dallas and multi-floor leases with major companies such as Northwestern Mutual, New York Life, Anderson Clayton/Kraft, Fannie Mae, and Wells Fargo. While with the Fults Company, John worked on the redevelopment of Northpark Central and negotiated the 100,000 square foot lease with The Richards’ Group. John is a previous winner of the Dallas Business Journal award for the “Best Real Estate Deal of the Year” for the relocation of Booth Crystal Tips to the Metroplex.

EDUCATION

John received his bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University, and pursued advanced studies in law at the University of Houston and the University of Tulsa. He is a licensed broker in the state of Texas.
