John delivers professional commercial real estate services, and provides his clients with a unique competitive advantage through competency and diligence. He executes financial analysis, market analysis, and user decision analysis for commercial real estate users and owners.
John views real estate decision making in the context of the client’s overall strategic objectives and works at understanding each company’s productivity and profitability. His focus is on providing real estate and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout Northeast Illinois on matters including corporate relocation, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition and leasing services.

In 2014, John completed the disposition of 850 Milwaukee Avenue in Vernon Hills, IL, and the acquisition of 4801 68th Avenue in Kenosha, WI. The sale of the multi-tenant office building and the reinvestment into the net leased, cross-docked facility consummate a $10 million investment transaction on behalf of a major private client.
In his twenty-four years of service, he has completed more than 1,000 real estate transactions in excess of $750 million in consideration. John has experience as an owner/investor/operator himself acquiring multiple industrial assets. That unique experience has greatly enhanced his ability to advise clients in his agency assignments.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), John was the CCIM Illinois Chapter President. He also teaches Leadership Development, including foundation, style & cultural, and public speaking in the Chicago real estate community.
