TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Creative Director of Transwestern Business Development, John oversees the company-wide brand strategy and execution of innovative business development materials and initiatives. John leverages his deep-rooted understanding of the commercial real estate industry and his passion for brand identity to help distinguish and visually communicate Transwestern’s unique approach to people, properties and prospects.

A 20-year veteran with Transwestern, John has established himself as a leading authority on captivating and innovative brand experiences. He possesses a keen understanding of the power of aesthetics and storytelling in capturing the essence of a property and communicating its unique value proposition. John plays a significant role in new business development through thoughtfully designed pitch decks, client pursuit strategies and branding initiatives. An expert at ensuring a property’s physical space matches its digital brand presence, John also provides creative direction for asset brand identity, photography, marketing campaigns, webs
ites, collateral and events for the buildings in Transwestern’s portfolio.
 
Throughout his career, John has been instrumental in the branding and marketing of over 85 million square feet of office space. Beyond his passion for the creative process, John is a leader who believes in nurturing and inspiring his team.
