John provides landlord and tenant representation, as well as buyer and seller representation for office, industrial, retail and mixed use in Wisconsin, with a focus in the Metro Milwaukee area.


John G. Dulmes has been a commercial real estate broker since 2002, representing building owners in fulfilling their occupancy needs, tenant representation, specialized corporate services requirements and property acquisition and dispositions. With a primary focus on the office sector, some of Dulmes’ clients include Multi-Employers Property Trust, Building Trades United Pension Trust Fund, Franklin Energy Services, Ripp Properties and Hudson Advisors.
Dulmes has completed over 20 million square feet of lease and sales transactions including RR Donnelley, Kaplan University, BMO Harris, Kelly Services, Wachovia Securities, Cigna, Sprint, Delta Dental, Farmers Insurance, Time Warner Cable, Adelman Travel and Merrill Lynch. Dulmes was recognized by the Commercial Association of Realtors for the 2013 Wisconsin runner-up “Deal of the Year” award for his sale of the West Bend Corporate Center, a 130,000 square foot investment property.
Previously, Dulmes was an owner at Siegel-Gallagher, Inc. (SGI) as Principal and Managing Director of the firm, leading the operations and strategic vision of the company in addition to his brokerage duties.  Prior to SGI, he worked as a sales executive in Chicago with News Corporation, Frankel & Company, and Digital Impact, working with Fortune 1000 firms such as Deloitte Consulting, Proctor & Gamble, The Quaker Oats Company, Kellogg, Arthur Andersen and the National Basketball Association. He lives in Shorewood, WI, with his wife and two daughters.
