TRANSWESTERN ROLE

John is the executive vice president of Midwest Regional Resource Development, an initiative that supports new business pursuits, expands platform services and capabilities and delivers innovative ideas and methods to all business lines throughout the Midwest region. John oversees the development and implementation of new tools and processes that enhance client experiences, promotes Team Member effectiveness and connects producers with Transwestern's investment, development and commercial services businesses within and outside the region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

For more than 20 years, John has practiced commercial real estate marketing, development, sales, leasing and tenant brokerage throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area on behalf of institutional owners, private equity firms, office and industrial tenants and office, industrial, retail and medical developer clients. He has completed more than 800 transactions in the past 15 years. He lends his estimable experience to many brokerage and services-delivery functions and select high priority assignments.
 
Previously, John was the industrial practice group Leader for Transwestern's Rosemont Office where he directed the day-to-day strategic and operational enterprise, which included more than 20 brokerage professionals, nearly 200 property listings and dozens of local and corporate occupier accounts.
