Joe Whitmer specializes in tenant representation in the Northeast and East Dallas submarkets. He represents a broad spectrum of tenants, from those with national and even global presence to those with single local facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Joe realizes that success is attributed to a results-driven work ethic and continually strives to gain first-in-class market knowledge, allowing him to negotiate the most viable transactions on behalf of his clients. He recognizes this and customer service as two of the most important items a broker must deliver to his client for successful results. Joe works hard to identify client objectives, set aggressive goals and take action that leads to advanced customer satisfaction.

Some of Joe’s notable transactions include AMS (160,000 SF office) N. America corporate headquarters relocation; Astra (90,000 SF assembly) facility in Mexico; USA Wheel (110,000 SF distribution) purchase and relocation; Proform (70,000 SF manufacturing) relocation to improved facility; Texas A&M Commerce (25,000 SF office) campus lease and investment sale; En-Ovations, Inc.
