Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Joanne is responsible for a 500,000 square foot suburban office park and assists in the supervision of an additional 600,000 square feet. Her various responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, contract negotiation, construction supervision, tenant relations, asset enhancement and cost containment.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Joanne has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is experienced in the management of office, retail, industrial and medical facilities for both private and institutional ownerships. Over the course of her career, Joanne has been involved in tenant lease renewal and expansion negotiations, extensive physical and mechanical enhancements and has achieved significant cost reductions and real estate tax savings.

Joanne is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and its Office Building of the Year committee.

EDUCATION
Joanne received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chase College in Vancouver, Washington. She holds a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Arizona.
