TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Property Administrator, Joanie assists property managers with the daily operations for each property in their portfolio. In addition to performing administrative duties such as compiling statements, insurance compliances, payables and agreeables, she is focused on helping clients resolve their maintenance needs. This often involves laying groundwork for property engineers, including bid comparisons, proposals, and setting up inspections.  

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Joanie joined Transwestern in January 2020. She has successfully solved maintenance problems for clients all around Denver, including AgentSync, Westgold Centre, and the Masonic Building. Previously, Joanie was a Property Administrative Assistance and Office Manager for M&J Wilkow at Southlands Town Center.

Joanie attended Morehead State University.
