As a Vice President of the Tenant Advisory Services group in Houston, Texas, Jim has a leadership role, assisting with the training of new brokers. Jim and his team create value for local and national companies by placing office tenants in more-desirable, higher-quality space at affordable prices. The Tenant Advisory Services team also provides clear, insightful and strategic services including: leasing and subleasing office space, property dispositions, financial analysis, and long term planning.
Jim has represented clients from an array of industries. He has represented CB&I in over 13 transactions on a national level. He has also represented FKP Architects, Draeger Safety Diagnostics, and Schwartz Junell.
