As Creative Director for the Mid-Atlantic region, Ji Chang oversees the design and production of marketing materials for clients, Transwestern events and internal Transwestern initiatives. He leads designers in brainstorming sessions, idea generation and creative development. He also collaborates with other members of the marketing and communications team to create best-in-class marketing materials, including interactive digital presentations, logos, direct mailers, print invitations, brochures and more.
Ji has more than 20 years of experience in creative design. Prior to joining Transwestern in 1999, Ji worked with Johnson-Rauhoff Inc., a communications firm in St. Joseph, Michigan. He serviced national accounts including Whirlpool, Kenmore and KitchenAid, creating user guides, safety tags and product manuals.
