Jerri Daniel

Jerri joined Transwestern in December 2021. In this role, Jerri works closely with the firm’s Lease Administration team in support of clients’ lease administration goals. On-going services include file and data maintenance via clients’ lease administration software application, abstraction of legal documents and maintenance of key data in the application and accounting services, including review of monthly statements for accuracy and resolution of discrepancies, if required; preparation of monthly rent variance reports and recommended rent amounts; desktop audit reviews of annual operating expenses, etc.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jerri worked for Memorial Hermann Health System, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Southeast Texas for 13 years. She provided healthcare and commercial real estate portfolio management for the Greater Houston metropolitan and surrounding areas. Her responsibilities included lease transaction, facility management, accounting tasks, new site acquisitions, real estate sales project coordination and participation in the annual budget process and special projects. During her tenure, Jerri was a member of the team which resulted in Transwestern Commercial Services, L.L.C. being selected as the organization to provide real estate lease administration services for Memorial Hermann’s Retail (third-party) Portfolio.

Jerri received her Texas Real Estate License in 2013. Jerri completed her high school education in Mississippi. Influenced by her father’s 23+ year U.S. Navy career, Jerri committed to follow his example of service to others by joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation immediately following graduation.
