Jennifer Wright

Jennifer is the General Manager of Naperville Corporate Center, a 420,000-square-foot building park in Naperville, Illinois. Jennifer oversees all aspects of property operations, including capital projects, tenant construction, financial management, and service contract negotiations. She also manages 701 E. 22nd Street, a 174,000-square-foot property, where she played a key role in its successful transition to Transwestern leasing and management.

In her leadership role, Jennifer serves as a trusted liaison between building owners and Transwestern, ensuring alignment with ownership objectives. She provides strategic guidance to on-site property teams, driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction while navigating complex challenges and unexpected issues with expertise and professionalism.

Jennifer joined Transwestern in May 2024, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for delivering operational excellence, enhancing asset value, and fostering tenant satisfaction across diverse property portfolios. Prior to joining Transwestern, Jennifer spent a decade with NAI Hiffman, where she played an instrumental role in numerous projects. Her leadership contributed to transformative initiatives, including a lobby renovation, the addition of micro-markets and meeting spaces, a fitness center, and tenant improvement projects exceeding $3 million. She also oversaw large-scale mill and resurfacing projects, demonstrating her ability to manage complex capital improvements with precision and efficiency.

During her time at Naperville Corporate Center, Jennifer has been involved in two large tenant improvement projects exceeding $1 million, working alongside the Project Services team to provide support and guidance through final delivery. Her work spans both completed and upcoming projects, reflecting the ability to lead with vision and execute alongside her team.

Jennifer is known for her ability to collaborate across departments, acting as the central point of communication and accountability for the property. Jennifer takes pride in cultivating high-performing teams, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining best-in-class environments for tenants and visitors.
