Jennifer Wright

Jennifer is the General Manager of Naperville Corporate Center, a 420,000-square-foot building park in Naperville, Illinois. She also oversees 701 E. 22nd Street, a property for which she assisted in its transition to Transwestern leasing and management. In this role, she serves as an expert leader for both buildings’ management teams, assisting with capital projects, tenant construction, accounting issues, service contract negotiations and any unexpected issues that may arise with the buildings or tenants. Jennifer also acts as a liaison between building owners and Transwestern Chicago and helps on-site property staff understand and achieve ownership objectives.

Jennifer joined the Transwestern team in May 2024. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has built a career rooted in operational excellence, asset value enhancement and tenant satisfaction across diverse property portfolios. Prior to joining Transwestern, Jennifer worked with a variety of properties and portfolios, including office, industrial, mixed-use buildings and office parks. Over the course of 10 years at NAI Hiffman, Jennifer led a 1.2 million-square-foot office portfolio in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, playing a key role in several projects, partnering closely with ownership and tenants to enhance building functionality, value and experience.

During her short time at Naperville Corporate Center, Jennifer has been a part of two large tenant improvement projects alongside the Project Services team, providing support and guidance through final delivery. Her work spans both completed and upcoming projects, reflecting the ability to lead with vision and execute alongside her team.

Jennifer is known for her ability to collaborate across departments, acting as the central point of communication and accountability for the property. Jennifer takes pride in cultivating high-performing teams, optimizing service delivery and maintaining best-in-class environments for tenants and visitors.
