Jennifer Baker serves as Property Manager for Transwestern, overseeing more than 16 acres in Midtown Houston. Her portfolio includes a diverse mix of office space, retail properties, a parking garage, and surface parking lots. She plays a key role in day-to-day operations and is actively involved in the development of new property types, contributing to the district’s continued growth.

Joining Transwestern in 2020, Jennifer brings extensive experience managing Class A buildings in both downtown and midtown Houston. Known for her proactive approach, she focuses on delivering exceptional tenant experiences, maintaining high-quality spaces, and ensuring smooth operational performance. Her deep understanding of the Houston market and hands-on leadership style have made her a trusted partner in property management.
