TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Director of Consulting Services, Jen supports owners, occupiers, and investors across the Transwestern platform nationwide. She aims to help clients understand their space goals in order to make the best real estate decisions or position themselves in the market. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jen has dedicated her career to workplace strategy, focusing on direct client engagement, data analytics and space programming. Since joining Transwestern, Jen has worked with several clients including Sheltering Arms, Goodwill, and Kelley Drye Warren. She has been involved in over 40 engagements spanning multiple industries including nonprofit, healthcare, education, financial services, professional services, government, science and technology, and media. She was key in helping Sheltering Arms develop an occupancy and portfolio strategy as part of the consolidation, design and move process across the boroughs of NYC, in an effort to better serve their clients. She also worked extensively with Moffitt Cancer Center to create a new space and operational strategy for the relationship between clinical space and physicia’s office space. Prior to Transwestern, she worked for HOK as a Workplace Strategist and at UBS as an in-house Strategist and Project Manager in the corporate real estate group.

Jen is certified as a USGBC LEED Green Associate and a WELL AP. 

EDUCATION

Jen earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She graduated summa cum laude, studying Design and Environmental Analysis.
