Jeff supervises and manages a portfolio of Class A office, retail and industrial properties in San Francisco. Jeff oversees a team of building engineers, property accountants and vendors in order to accomplish the day-to-day operations for all properties.


Prior to joining Transwestern, Jeff managed over one million square feet of commercial properties with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. The types of properties managed include: hi-rise offices in the Financial District, prominent office and retail in San Francisco Union Square, and Class A offices in Anchorage, Alaska.
Jeff brings over 25 years’ experience in  the real estate industry, including significant knowledge of property management, facility operations, appraisal, construction, investment sales and leasing.  Jeff holds professional designations with IREM and BOMA, which bring a high level of expertise and a code of ethics when servicing all customers and tenants. Some notable tenants that Jeff has worked with include: Tiffany & Company, Chase Bank, Diesel, H&M, GameStop, DSW Shoes and Cathay Pacific Airways.

Jeff studied at the University of Southern California where he received a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts & Sciences. Additional training and education includes courses taken with IREM, BOMA, UC Berkeley Extension and UCLA Extension.
