Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jeff Peden has more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience and is Executive Managing Director in the Houston office of Transwestern. He focuses on high-profile land for development as well as commercial investment properties.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jeff has completed more than 1,900 transactions for an aggregate value in excess of $3.7 billion. With a concentration on raw and/or redevelopment land he has closed over 1,000 land sales totaling more than 103,000 acres with an aggregate value of $2.4 billion.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Jeff worked with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas for over twenty-two years.

EDUCATION

Jeff attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA degree in finance.
