As Senior Managing Director, Jeff leads the San Francisco Office and teams with all the teams throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to deliver custom solutions for all clients. On a national level Jeff serves on the Executive Board for Transwestern.


Jeff has been in commercial real estate since 1997, focusing on San Francisco-based clients with dynamic requirements and properties. His ability to add value through a unique, comprehensive approach, built through his 20+ years of experience, assists them in exceeding market standards for performance across the board. Jeff has executed transactional volume in excess of $1.8 billion, totaling over 2.1 million square feet of overall leased space. This has been achieved by advising numerous technology tenants with steep growth trajectories, professional services groups relocating regional headquarters, and leasing projects with unrealized potential or under-performing marketing efforts.
Jeff’s team is comprised of Peter Conte, Zac Monsees, Jack Seymour, and Andrew Wheeler within the San Francisco Transwestern office. The team concept within commercial real estate service delivery allows for the Moeller team to deliver seamless client driven results throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and the US. 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Jeff held Senior Vice President positions at Cushman & Wakefield from 2012 to 2016, at Grubb & Ellis from 2008 to 2012 and, and served as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 1997 to 2008. 


Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 01229252).
