TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jeannine joined Transwestern in 2001. She assists the senior vice president of management services by providing high level administrative support. Additionally, she enhances operational excellence through conducting technical training events for administrative personnel spotlighting company best practices, group and individual continuing education opportunities, wellness initiatives and community enhancing volunteering events for Transwestern San Antonio team members.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jeannine has over 18 years of experience in the property management field. She spent 16 years at Bank of America Plaza. At over 533,000 square feet, Bank of America Plaza is the largest Class A multi-tenant office building in South Texas.  Tenants housed at Bank of America Plaza include a banking institution with vault services, GSA, and several national law firms. While working at Bank of America Plaza, she multi-tasked, prioritized, and managed a fast-paced professional office environment. Her duties included daily supervision of office staff, lease documentation requests, tenant billing and communication, vendor requests for proposal, contracts and communication, assisting with preparation of annual operating expense budgets, preparing annual tenant operating expense escalations and reconciliations, conducting building and vacancy inspections, and ensuring the building owner receives excellent value services to maximize return on investment.   
 
While at Transwestern, Jeannine has been recognized through several awards including: Transwestern’s “Building Team of the Year” in 2001, Transwestern’s “Management Services Employee of the Year” award in 2003, Transwestern’s “Outstanding Achievement” award in 2005, Transwestern’s “Property of the Year” in 2014 and Transwestern’s “Management Services Employee of the Year” in 2014.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Jeannine actively serves on the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Board of Directors and previously served as a BOMA Board of Director member from 2007 through 2009. Jeannine actively volunteers her time in the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. Jeannine has volunteered for the Family Fair Committee since 2005 and currently holds the position of Office Manager for the committee. She was recognized for her outstanding volunteer efforts in 2013 winning Family Fair’s “Outstanding Committeeman” award.

EDUCATION

Jeannine holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is CPR, AED and First Aid certified.
