TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jason Sullivan specializes in leasing and sales of industrial, flex and office properties in suburban Maryland. He is responsible for facilitating transactions and business development, and also speaks to top area real estate decision makers on a daily basis and tracks their pending requirements.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

In his five years since joining Transwestern, Jason has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers for some of the area’s top companies. Some of his notable clients include Invesco, Cabot Properties, Link Industrial Properties, Terreno Realty, Longpoint Realty Partners and First Industrial Realty Trust. Jason also represents numerous local clients and high net worth individuals with their real estate needs. Jason is consistently one of the top performing brokers in the marketplace and has brokered over 250 transactions totaling more than $50 million in aggregate value since 2015.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Jason served as a building manager for the General Services Administration, where he managed a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. His responsibilities included creating monthly budgets, overseeing onsite property management, and maintaining strong relationships between the tenants and building ownership.

EDUCATION

Jason has a master’s degree in real estate and infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
