TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jason Sullivan specializes in leasing and sales of office, industrial and flex properties in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. He’s responsible for business development and speaks to top area real estate decision makers on a daily basis and tracks their pending requirements.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern in 2015, Jason served as a building manager for the General Services Administration, where he managed a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. His responsibilities included creating monthly budgets, overseeing onsite property management and maintaining strong relationships between the tenants and building ownership.
 
In just two years, he has represented clients in more than 1.5 million square feet in leasing and sales transactions. His clients include Invesco, Cabot Properties, Terreno Realty, Cohen Equities and First Industrial Realty Trust.

EDUCATION

Jason has master’s degree in real estate and infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland.
