TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Senior Associate of Retail Services, Janet specializes in landlord and owner representation throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.  Her current portfolio consists of over four million square feet of shopping center space for lease, as well as dozens of acres of land available for sale.  She works closely with her team at Transwestern to provide her clients with valuable property analysis, effective marketing strategies, and thorough contract negotiations. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Janet has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience.  She started her career at a local firm before moving to Colliers International, where she worked for 24 years.  During her time at Colliers, Janet helped coordinate the purchase and redevelopment of over one million square feet of shopping center space.  She created marketing materials, managed third party reports, coordinated project financing, and helped to identify and secure quality tenants.  Her experience with so many aspects of the real estate industry has provided her with the skill set needed to deliver top level representation to each of her clients.
