TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jane Robins joined Transwestern in 2014 and has more than 20 years’ experience working with clients to achieve their financial and organizational objectives through the execution of commercial real estate strategies. She has a broad base of experience representing both private entrepreneurial businesses as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Her extensive background covers all sides of a transaction through representation of tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers both in the Chicago area and throughout the country.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Over the years she has negotiated over 12.7 million square feet of lease, build-to-suit and sale transactions. She has experience working with her clients in leasing, acquisition, disposition and consolidation in not only the local market but also national and international. She has successfully met their multi-state requirements as well as those outside our borders with warehouse distribution facilities in Canada, Mexico and London.
 
Jane’s reputation for getting the job done and creating value has earned her a diverse roster of clients including A.M. Castle & Co., Sears Logistic Services, Weber Stephen Products, Omron Manufacturing of America, Assa Abloy Group, Lindahl Brothers Construction and investors such as First Industrial Real Estate. The experience Robins has built with her many corporate clients enables her to assess the business needs of an organization, and align real estate strategy with those needs, focusing on professional representation and a high level of customer service. Her approach is proactive and hands-on while remaining committed to the best interest of her client.
