Jake is a senior associate in the New York Nonprofit Practice Group, which helps nonprofits of all sizes minimize occupancy costs and capitalize on the tremendous savings uniquely available to tax-exempt organizations.
Focused primarily on tenant clients, Jake provides occupier solutions for nonprofit organizations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Prior to joining Transwestern, he gained critical experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as a capacity-building consultant for youth in Michigan at Neutral Zone, a diversity educator at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and a Program Manager at the University of Michican’s Program on Intergroup Relations
Jake earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and is active with the Michigan Community Scholars organization.
