Jack specializes in the sale of apartment buildings and multifamily communities in Colorado. He works as part of the Denver multifamily team of Tom Wanberg, John Blackshire, and Danielle Badura.


Jack owned and operated residential rental properties in Reno, Nevada and the Denver metropolitan area, giving him practical insight into the issues his clients face as property owners and investors. He also was a business lawyer, having practiced in Denver at Hogan Lovells, Rothgerber, and as in-house counsel with Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX). He was previously a professor of law and entrepreneurship at Oklahoma State University Spears School of Business and Denver University Sturm College of Law. Jack is fluent in Spanish after having lived extensively in South America.


Jack earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies, with a minor in Business Administration. He also received a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from The University of Arizona. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.
