Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a leasing research associate at Transwestern's San Francisco office, Jack's primary role is to serve as an analyst and communicator on major projects working alongside the established office leasing team of Jeff Moeller, Peter Conte and Zac Monsees. He is also responsible for developing relationships with and serving the needs of local and/or national prospective clients as well as providing diverse marketing support for leasing services.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Born and raised on the East Coast of Australia, Jack moved to California in 2014 to further hone his skills in hospitality. He joined the Bay Area's "Real Restaurant Group", as an operations manager working at several Marin favorites; The Buckeye Roadhouse, Bar Bocce, Bungalow 44 and most recently for the opening of their latest restaurant, Playa, in Mill Valley. With over a decade's experience in high-end hospitality operations, Jack brings a unique, client-orientated skill set to his work as a leasing research associate.

EDUCATION

Jack holds a bachelor's of teaching (secondary) and a bachelor's of PDHPE from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Jack also took part in the "ILead" program whilst studying abroad at The University of Arizona. He holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 02031894).
