Ivania Hernandez

Ivania is responsible for supporting the Houston Industrial team. She brings to Transwestern 15 years of graphic design experience and 12 years of commercial real estate marketing background. Her area of expertise includes creating graphic design collateral, digital marketing, online database maintenance, advertising, and client support. In addition, she helps the brokerage team by generating pitch books, proposals, market research, and helps organize and execute broker events. As an asset to the team, her marketing efforts are to specifically work towards increasing the team’s awareness and recognition.

Ivania joined Transwestern in 2012 and consecutively has helped her team earn Most Square Feet Leased in Southwest Region and Top Producers.  In 2021, she was named the Administrative Assistant of the Year. Prior to Transwestern, she worked for a design firm working directly with clients such as Metro, Escalante’s Mexican Grille, HousePro, and Tenaris where she would create a variety of print projects such as brochures, direct mail, trade show display, outdoor, vehicle graphics, eMarketing, and animated banner ads. She also worked for Whitestone REIT where she learned first-hand about the commercial real estate realm as a Marketing Assistant. She offers an extensive amount of experience and has an advanced knowledge in software programs.

Ivania earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Houston.
