Ian Wolfe

Ian is the Senior Research Analyst for Transwestern’s Southern California and Phoenix offices. He utilizes his strong background in portfolio management, financial reporting, and strategic deal analysis to better translate data into clear insights for decision-making by the firm’s brokers and clients.

Ian brings a decade of experience in real estate analysis, leasing strategy, and market research, supporting senior leadership in high-impact analytical roles. Prior to joining Transwestern, as a senior leasing analyst, he managed reporting for Hudson Pacific Properties’ 14.6 million square foot portfolio across six major markets. Previously, he was a senior business analyst with CBRE.

With a strong interest in continuing education, Ian has earned a Real Estate License from the state of California and has completed several computer and data science courses with University of California Berkely and the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from the University of Kansas. During his undergraduate years, he played on the Men’s Football team and was a Scholarship Student Athlete all four years.
