Henry Terech serves in the Project Management group of Transwestern's Central Region. He provides project development services, construction management, project consulting and management services to clients throughout the region. He serves clients on a individual project basis as well as corporate clients throughout their real estate portfolio.


Henry has served in various positions in the commercial office and residential development industry throughout his 25 year career. Prior to joining Transwestern, he managed major residential developments on the East Coast and served in multiple senior executive roles for a private developer based in the Northeast. He has personally managed the development of over 3MMGSF of ground up construction (Greenfield and Brownfield sites), 4.5MM (+) GSF of commercial office tenant improvement projects ranging from office space development to large scale corporate headquarters projects, Data Centers, and over 1,000 luxury residential units. His development expertise covers the gamut of services for clients from site acquisition through occupancy and has developed over $1B in construction projects throughout the country.

Henry's background in private development was preceded as head of an in-house corporate real-estate construction management concern which oversaw corporate consolidation projects, satellite office developments throughout the USA and a large scale corporate headquarters development.


Throughout his career he has been affiliated in various cities with the Association of General Contractors, A Better City (Board Member), Greenway Conservancy, residential condominium boards and a speaker at various industry events.


Henry received a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University in Athens, OH and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston in Clear Lake, TX.
