Heidi Kelley

Heidi joined Transwestern in 1995. Heidi serves as the Vice President of Management Services overseeing a portfolio of 2.5 million square feet comprised of about 85% office, 15% industrial and retail and two property owner's associations. Heidi's staff includes a senior property manager, 2 property managers, 3 assistant property managers, 2 administrative assistants and 10 engineers. Her duties include preparation of annual budgets, escalations and reconciliation of actual expenses, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, collection of monthly rent, delinquency issues, monthly supervision of all tenant and building construction, generating service contracts, administration of client, tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, administering all leases assuring compliance with provisions/agreements and maintaining ongoing tenant relations to assess needs and help assure that concerns are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of both the clients and tenants.

 

Heidi has built strong relationships and earned the trust of national clients including KBS Realty Advisors, Barings, TIAA-CREF, VanTrust Real Estate, WEDGE Properties, Dividend Capital, Drawbridge Realty, DivcoWest, UNUM, and RLA Real Estate among others.
