TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Greg serves as a Partner within the national industrial development platform where he is responsible for sourcing and executing new development opportunities with a focus in the Eastern/Central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Maryland, and Atlanta markets. His role includes the tasks of acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and dispositions of ground up developments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Greg has led the Northeast region’s development growth from 3M SF to 6M SF over a year and has been instrumental in supporting the East Region’s growth, over five states and seven markets, from $50 million development team to $330 million over a span of three years. Recent and current endeavors include a 416,000 SF Fortune 10 built-to-suit in Lebanon, PA, a 518,000 SF speculative project in Hamburg, PA, a 750,000 SF speculative project in Jessup, PA, a 749,000 SF speculative project in Newville, PA, and 352,000 SF speculative project in the Metro Atlanta, GA area.
 
Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) within the Project and Development Services for five years. While at JLL, Greg managed diverse property types including Industrial, Multifamily, and Retail.

EDUCATION

Greg has a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he was a walk-on Four Year Letterman Linebacker.
