Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Greg serves as vice president of the East Region where he is responsible for the implementation, execution and management of development projects in a variety of markets.  He possesses a thorough understanding of all phases of the acquisitions, development, and disposition process and has completed more than 10 million square feet of institutional Industrial development. Mr. Boler has been instrumental in helping the region grow from a $50 million development team to $330 million.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Greg is currently responsible for a variety of current projects and pursuits including Charleston Logistics Center, a 686,300 square foot project in Charleston, SC; Springfield Commercial, a 190,000 square foot project in suburban Washington, DC; and Meetinghouse Road, a 207,500 square foot project in Philadelphia.
 
Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) within the Project and Development Services for five years. While at JLL, Greg managed diverse property types including Industrial, Multifamily, and Retail. He possesses a thorough understanding of all phases of the acquisitions, development, and disposition process and has completed more than 10 million square feet of institutional Industrial development.

EDUCATION

Greg has a Masters of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he was a football athlete.
