Grace Lessard

Grace is an associate broker in Transwestern’s Denver office, where she focuses on landlord representation in the Southeast Denver and Downtown Denver markets. She works on behalf of both institutional and regional owners.

Prior to her role as an associate broker, Grace provided strategic support to the Denver office’s agency leasing team in a marketing position. She was responsible for the day-to-day design and production of property marketing materials, announcements, flyers, and advertising. She has worked on transactions for numerous Transwestern clients, including Pennybacker Capital, BentallGreenOak and Westport Capital Partners. Before joining the firm, Grace was a Global Visual Merchandiser in the Brand Image group at DKNY in New York City.

Grace is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has been an active volunteer with the Special Olympics since 2014.

Grace received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing: Advertising & Promotions from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York City.
