Glen has, in effect, managed corporate real estate for Mickey Mouse, Ted Turner, and the Queen of England. At Walt Disney Imagineering, he managed facilities and real estate, delivering some of the earliest creative corporate workplaces.
At Turner Broadcasting System, Glen served as Vice President of Real Estate. His work included the $1 billion Time Warner Center in NY; the Time Warner Asia headquarters in Hong Kong; and studios, sales offices, and CNN Bureaus, in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Glen then created and led a global property organization for Invesco. Highlights include its global headquarters; a NY offices consolidation; a 400,000 sf lease renewal in Houston; a build-to-suit in Prince Edward Island; and a 100,000 sf office in Hyderabad, India. Other projects were completed in Asia and Europe.
Before joining Transwestern, Glen was chosen in a global recruitment by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom to asset manage its office and residential real estate portfolio in the Americas, which included Embassies, High Commissions, Consulates-General, and diplomatic Residences.
