As the National Director of Transwestern Experience, Gip is the full-time steward committed and dedicated to the Transwestern Experience's future. With 30+ years of commercial real estate management under his belt, Gip is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service training, tools and resources to transform service delivery throughout our organization.
Gip is a lifelong learner and student of personal development materials, courses, books, programs and coaching from some of the best experts in the industry. From this ongoing study, Gip developed training courses of his own to share universal truths and experiences with the property management community and help property managers bring out their best selves in their career and in their personal lives.


Prior to accepting his role, Gip oversaw property operations and management for a 34-story, 850,000 SF downtown office building. Before that, he was with JLL serving as the client relationship manager over a global real estate portfolio for Sabre.


Gip received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gettysburg College and MBA from Baylor University. Gip remains an active member of BOMA, IREM and CCIM and serves as co-chair of the Programs Committee for BOMA's Dallas chapter. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.
