TRANSWESTERN ROLE

George Vogelei specializes in landlord representation in lease transactions for institutional and private owners of commercial real estate throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area.
 
George leads Transwestern Urban, an integrated team of commercial real estate advisors offering a diverse set of expertise to provide property owners and asset managers with a single strategy to lease properties faster while maximizing total asset value. As a CRE Asset and Leasing Strategist for Transwestern Urban, George develops leasing strategies and building impact analyses, identifies and pursues target tenants, and negotiates leases for commercial real estate properties.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, George served as Managing Director Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible for leasing a 5 million square foot portfolio and advised in acquisition and disposition transactions valued at more than $600 million. He previously served as Associate Director of Leasing at Vornado Realty Trust.
 
Some of George’s agency leasing assignments and clients include: THRE, Paramount Group, Investcorp, OXFORD/Gould, Carr Properties, UBS, WC Smith, Rockwood, John Buck Co. and BlackRock.
