TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Gary Limjuco is currently a Managing Director and has been a member of Transwestern’s Structured Finance group since September 2014.  Gary is responsible for arranging equity investments and debt financing for Transwestern’s institutional and corporate clients nationwide.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Gary has over 20 years of real estate capital markets and private equity experience and has completed over $1.3 billion in transactions throughout the United States, Canada and Western Europe.  Prior to Transwestern, Gary spent eight years as Director of Equity Investments at Time Equities in New York City, where he managed the firm’s domestic equity investor platform and led the firm’s joint-venture real estate activities in Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany.  Before Time Equities, he served three years in the real estate acquisitions group of ING Real Estate (Clarion Partners), focusing on investment opportunities along the East Coast of the U.S. on behalf of the firm’s institutional clients.  Gary began his career as a member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s real estate investment banking group, completing over $750 million in equity, debt and investment sales transactions.

EDUCATION

Gary holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.A. in economics and government from Cornell University.  In addition, Gary completed additional studies at the ESADE business and law school in Barcelona, Spain and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.
