TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Fred utilizes his account development / new business background to garner new accounts and continue to grow Transwestern's industrial group tenant and product client base. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Fred served in new business development with CB Richard Ellis and Insignia/ESG before the CB Richard Ellis purchase.
 
Prior to entering the commercial real estate arena, Fred was highly successful in the advertising communication business with Leo Burnett in new business development and account management. He specialized in both the agency and client sides of the business, primarily in package goods and philanthropic accounts. 
 
At Transwestern, Fred maintains a primary focus in long-term personalized and committed client representation. He is adept in various types of transactions such as leasing, purchasing, selling, renewals, buyouts and sales/leasebacks. Fred also performs and/or orchestrates all of the different facets in conjunction with the transaction such as project management, property management, board meetings, documentation, market evaluations, tours, property identifications, site selection, lease negotiations, purchase & sale contract negotiations, and development and strategy consultations.
 
A partial list of Fred's clients includes Advertising Resources, Centerpoint, DeWalt / Black & Decker, Perlow Steel, ProLogis and State Farm.

Fred is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).

EDUCATION

Fred received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.  He is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
