Ford Childress specializes in the representation of both local and national clients in the acquisition, renegotiation and disposition of office space, focusing primarily in the Downtown and Uptown Dallas submarkets. In this role, Ford performs all aspects of corporate representation, including analysis, strategic planning, market research, site evaluation and selection, tours, proposal requests, comparative analysis, project management and past occupancy functions.
Ford joined Transwestern in 2016 following an internship at NewQuest Properties, where he gained invaluable commercial real estate knowledge and experience. He transitioned into an occupier solutions broker role at Transwestern, and excels in creating value-add transactions for his team’s clients.

Ford is a member of Transwestern Young Professionals, Young Presidents Organization Next Generation (YNG+) and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a frequent speaker at the Phoenix House, a non-profit rehabilitation organization serving adults and teens overcoming addictions.
Ford attended Fresno State University and West Virginia University. He excelled in sports, playing football as quarterback at both universities. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas.
