TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Senior Vice President Ethan Bernardi represents both office tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. As a Washington, D.C., native, he leverages his in-depth market expertise and close relationships in the construction, architecture and management consulting businesses to assist clients, ensuring successful transactions and post-occupancy satisfaction.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ethan has extensive experience working with local and national firms throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, he served as vice president and principal at HBW Group, where he managed the day-to-day activities of the firm’s brokerage division and forged relationships with landlords including Lerner Enterprises, Ronald D. Paul Companies, The Tower Companies and Willco Companies. His tenant clients have included DC Greens, Montgomery County, Maryland, Government, Spark Experience, M.E.P. Milestone and Nellis Corporation. 
 
Earlier in his career, Bernardi worked as an associate director at CBRE.

EDUCATION

Ethan earned a bachelor’s degree in politics and government from the University of Hartford, where he played NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse.
