TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Erin Kurucza, vice president of Asset Strategy, works collaboratively with leasing, property management, construction management and strategic repositioning specialists to develop innovative asset strategies for building owners focused on attracting and retaining forward-thinking tenants.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern in 2017, Erin served as a designer at Hickok Cole Architects in Washington, D.C., where she specialized in managing and executing the real estate selection, design, and construction processes for corporate interior projects that aimed to synthesize business ideas with architecture. She also previously served as an architect at Lehman Smith McLeish.
 
Erin’s experience includes work on both local and global projects for top law firms, real estate firms and property developers, helping clients create their identity and communicate their brand through the spaces they occupy. Her expertise includes property analysis, space planning and efficiency analysis, workplace strategy, marketing test-fits and demising strategies for both tenants and owners/developers.

Erin holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati.
