As a Vice President of property management, Erika focuses on overseeing management services and the management team at Transwestern Northeast.


Erika has 15 years of experience managing the operations of several million square feet of Class A and B commercial office buildings, retail and flex/warehouse space.
Before joining Transwestern, Erika served as a portfolio manager with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where she oversaw a 2.2 million square foot portfolio and acted as a client relation lead. Prior, as a senior property manager with Grubb & Ellis, Erika managed the daily operations more than 1 million square feet of commercial multi-tenant office, flex and retail assets, overseeing all strategic capital planning, budgeting, expense control, variance analysis, staff, energy procurement, white paper initiative, construction and building improvements. She also worked to secure bids and negotiate all contracts, including HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, fire/life safety and construction, supervise all contracted and vendor services and complete all monthly and quarterly reporting to ownership. Throughout her career, she has worked with such clients as Invesco, TIAA-CREF and Schering Plough.
Erika has the following certifications: BOMI RPA Candidate, BOMA BEEP, OSHA Training, Target Safety Training, American Heart Association First Aid, First Responder, CPR and AED. She is proficient in Kardin, MRI and Yardi Systems.

Erika received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Centenary College.
