TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Senior Vice President of Asset Services, Erika focuses on overseeing operations and new business development in the Northeast region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since Erika has joined Transwestern, its Northeast portfolio has grown over five million square feet. She has over 20 years of third party property management experience with oversight of Class A and B office buildings, retail, and flex warehouse space in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.  Erika has managed assets for major institutional clients such as KBS, Hudson Advisors, Principal Real Estate, and Invesco, as well as many entrepreneurial firms. She leads a team that regularly receives top honors including BOMA’s Outstanding Building of the Year Award, EPA’s ENERGY STAR, and USGBC’s LEED certification. Her diverse background adds value for clients through asset repositioning, property underwriting, due diligence, tenant retention, and reducing operational costs. Erika oversees corporate compliance, regional P&L, annual operating and capital budgeting, financial reporting, contract negotiations, and staff training.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Erika served as a Portfolio Manager with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where she oversaw a portfolio of several million square feet and acted as a client relation lead. Prior, as a Senior Property Manager with Grubb & Ellis, Erika managed the daily operations of more than one million square feet of commercial multi-tenant office, flex and retail assets.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Real Estate Forum has recognized Erika as one of Tomorrow’s Leaders and since 2012, she has been on the Board of Directors for BOMA New Jersey.

EDUCATION

Erika received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Centenary College and has her BOMI, RPA, and FMA designation. She holds a New Jersey Real Estate License.
