Erich Schwer

Erich Schwer serves as Senior Analyst for the Northern US Industrial development business for Transwestern Development Company. In this role he is responsible for performing both qualitative and quantitative analyses for all projects in the Northeast Region. In addition, he identifies and underwrites industrial property development opportunities, facilitating the design/development process and supporting project management.

Prior to joining Transwestern Development Company in 2020, Erich served as Acquisition Analyst / Associate with Sky Management Services where he was responsible for supporting the Head of Acquisitions on all deal flow activity from underwriting to closing. While at Sky, Erich was involved in over $100 million in acquisition activity. Most notably a 1-million-square-foot value-add distribution facility in Fayetteville, NC.

Erich earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and minor in professional sales from Elon University.
