TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Eric Stockley provides financial analysis support to Transwestern’s multifamily team in Dallas, assisting brokers in disposition services. His responsibilities include asset valuation, coordination of marketing processes, content creation for packages and facilitation of client communication.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Eric started his professional career at Transwestern as a credit analyst for the capital markets debt placement team, providing credit analysis, underwriting and refinancing, debt and equity evaluation. He contributed to the team’s creativity, experience and comprehensive understanding of investment structures to maximize clients’ financial objectives on every transaction. Prior to joining Transwestern, Eric served as an intern at Peloton Commercial Real Estate in Fort Worth, where he assisted with client tours, performed market analysis and provided market research.

EDUCATION

Eric is a graduate of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University where he received a bachelor’s of business administration in both finance with real estate emphasis and marketing. He is a licensed salesperson in the State of Texas.
