As a Senior Associate, Emily Rankin is a member of the Dallas Industrial Group and specializes in tenant representation, agency leasing and investment sales for both locally and nationally based clients. She has extensive business-to-business experience in the commercial real estate industry, providing her clients with a well-rounded understanding of business development, financial analysis and excellent customer service. With over eight years of focus on commercial services, Emily specializes in market research, strategic negotiations and detailed financial analysis for her clients. She identifies client objectives to best utilize market knowledge and deliver results that lead to complete customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Emily served as the Real Estate Manager for Front Burner Restaurants, honing her skills in structuring financial and strategic location solutions to support capital needs and long-term growth plans. Emily’s previous commercial real estate experience with Cottonwood Financial and Mohr Partners gave her a foundation in tenant representation, transaction management and lease negotiations.
